Our beautiful free-range chickens are farmed according to regenerative principles in a healthy, stress-free environment in the Yorkshire countryside, and fed on a diet of local herbs and grains.. This means they're able to grow at a slower, more natural pace, resulting in an exceptionally rich depth of flavour and tenderness, which we accentuate with our signature rub. A whole chicken is around 1-1.2kgs, which serves three people.
For Ovens:
Place the chicken on an ovenproof tray and loosely cover with
aluminium foil and bake in a preheated oven (180C/350F). To keep
the chicken moist you could add a few tablespoons of water or broth
to the bottom of the tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. For crisp skin
please remove the aluminium foil after 10 minutes. The internal
temperature must be 75C/165F before serving.

For Microwaves:
Place chicken on a microwave safe dish. To keep the chicken
moist you can add a few tablespoons of water or broth below the
chicken. Heat in 30 second intervals – checking the internal
temperature each time. The internal temperature must be
75C/165F before serving.
