1. General Ordering & Availability
Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Order Confirmation: Orders are not accepted until you receive an electronic confirmation from us.
Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.
Pricing: Prices are as listed on the website at the time of order and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
2. Payment
Authorization: All payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer/payment provider.
3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery Area: Delivery is only available in Queen's Park, Kensal Rise, Willesden, Maida Vale and Notting Hill. Orders outside this zone may be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet them, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Information: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer Cancellation: Due to the perishable nature of food, cancellations are typically only accepted up to 12 hours before the order is due for delivery. Call us immediately if you need to cancel.
Refunds: If you receive a substandard or incorrect order, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion following review of the complaint.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
Risk Assumption: It is your responsibility to check the allergen information listed on our website, or to contact us directly before placing an order.
Cross-Contamination: We prepare food in a kitchen where allergens are present. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a complete absence of cross-contamination for any allergen.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery is only available in Queen's Park, Kensal Rise, Willesden and Notting Hill. Orders outside this zone may be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery is between 6.30 and 7.30 approximately. Collection is between 6.00pm and 7.00pm from NW6 7BJ. The entrance is in the car park next to the Christ Church (what3words ///mule.spoke.able.)
