Rotisserie Poussin

Small bird with a big personality! Fancy dinner for one with a twist? Are you not hungry enough for one of our beautiful big chickens? We got you covered: our tasty little poussins come straight from France to your table, and are cooked in our rotisserie ovens with our now famous signature rub, and olive oil. A poussin is around 400g, which serves one or two people. 

Dairy free, gluten free.

For Ovens:
Place the poussin on an ovenproof tray and loosely cover with
aluminium foil and bake in a preheated oven (180C/350F). To keep
the chicken moist you could add a few tablespoons of water or broth
to the bottom of the tray. Bake for around 10 minutes. For crisp skin
please remove the aluminium foil after 5 minutes. The internal
temperature must be 75C/165F before serving.
